이용약관

제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 탄생캐(이하 "운영자")가 tansaengkae.com에서 제공하는 탄생캐 카드 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 운영자·이용자의 권리, 의무를 정합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
- 이용자가 입력한 생년월일시를 바탕으로 사주(四柱)를 계산하고, 그 결과를 동물 캐릭터 카드 이미지로 만들어 보여 줍니다. 계산은 이용자의 브라우저 안에서 이루어집니다.
- 카드 이미지 저장, 공유 링크 생성, 준비 중인 기능의 미리 등록(이메일 수집)을 제공합니다.
- 서비스는 현재 무료입니다. 유료 기능을 추가할 때는 요금·결제·환불 조건을 해당 기능 안에서 따로 안내하고 동의를 받습니다.
제3조 (서비스의 성격과 면책)
- 서비스는 오락·자기 이해·소통을 위한 것입니다. 사주 풀이, 희귀도, 손글씨 문구는 전통적인 해석 방법과 운영자의 창작을 바탕으로 한 것으로, 사실의 단정이나 미래의 예측이 아닙니다.
- 서비스의 내용을 의료·법률·투자·진로·인간관계 등 중요한 결정의 근거로 삼아서는 안 되며, 그로 인한 결과에 운영자는 책임지지 않습니다.
- 희귀도는 1950~2026년의 모든 날짜·시간을 같은 확률로 보고 계산한 이론 비율이며 실제 출생 통계가 아닙니다. 계산 방식은 자주 묻는 질문에 공개합니다.
- 운영자는 서비스를 "있는 그대로" 제공하며, 계산 결과의 정확성·완전성, 서비스의 중단 없는 제공을 보증하지 않습니다. 운영자의 고의·중과실이 없는 한 서비스 이용으로 발생한 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
- 이용자는 본인의 생년월일시를 입력해야 하며, 다른 사람의 생년월일시를 그 사람의 동의 없이 입력해 카드를 만들거나 공유해서는 안 됩니다.
- 닉네임과 공유 내용에 타인의 개인정보, 비방, 음란, 혐오 표현, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 넣어서는 안 됩니다.
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위(자동화된 대량 요청, 취약점 악용 등)를 해서는 안 됩니다.
제5조 (지식재산권과 이용 허락)
- 캐릭터 그림, 소품·부적 스티커, 카드 디자인, 문구, 프로그램 등 서비스의 모든 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권과 지식재산권은 운영자에게 있습니다.
- 이용자는 자신의 카드 이미지(닉네임이 적힌 결과물)를 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 저장, 게시, 공유할 수 있습니다. SNS 프로필, 게시물, 메신저 공유가 여기에 포함됩니다.
- 캐릭터 그림이나 스티커를 카드에서 분리해 상품, 광고, 다른 서비스, 학습 데이터 등에 사용하거나 재배포하는 것은 허용되지 않습니다. 별도 허락은 [email protected]으로 문의하세요.
- '탄생캐', 'tansaengkae' 명칭과 로고는 운영자의 표지이며, 운영자의 서비스로 오인하게 하는 방식으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
제6조 (개인정보)
개인정보의 처리는 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다. 카드 생성에 입력하는 정보는 저장되지 않습니다.
제7조 (서비스의 변경·중단)
운영자는 서비스의 내용을 추가·변경할 수 있으며, 운영상·기술상 필요한 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 사이트에 미리 공지합니다.
제8조 (약관의 변경)
운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 약관은 시행 7일 전부터 사이트에 공지하며, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 공지합니다. 공지 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
제9조 (준거법과 관할)
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.

Terms of Service
Effective October 9, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Tansaengkae card service (the "Service") provided by Tansaengkae (the "Operator") at tansaengkae.com, and the rights and duties of the Operator and users.
2. The Service
- The Service computes a Saju (Four Pillars) chart from the birth date and time you enter and presents the result as an animal character card image. The computation runs inside your browser.
- The Service lets you save the card image, create a share link, and register early for upcoming features (email collection).
- The Service is currently free. If paid features are added, pricing, payment and refund terms will be presented within that feature and agreed to separately.
3. Nature of the Service and disclaimer
- The Service is for entertainment, self-understanding and conversation. Readings, rarity and card captions are based on traditional interpretation methods and the Operator's creative work; they are not statements of fact or predictions of the future.
- Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, career or relationship decisions. The Operator is not responsible for outcomes of such decisions.
- Rarity is a theoretical ratio computed by treating every day and hour between 1950 and 2026 as equally likely; it is not a birth statistic. The method is published in the FAQ.
- The Service is provided "as is". The Operator does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of results or uninterrupted availability, and is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
4. User obligations
- Enter your own birth date and time. Do not enter another person's birth data to make or share a card without that person's consent.
- Do not put other people's personal information, defamation, obscenity, hate speech or content infringing others' rights in nicknames or shared content.
- Do not interfere with normal operation of the Service (automated bulk requests, exploiting vulnerabilities, etc.).
5. Intellectual property and licence
- Copyright and other intellectual property in all Service content — character art, prop and charm stickers, card design, text and software — belong to the Operator.
- You may save, post and share your own card image (the result bearing your nickname) for personal, non-commercial purposes, including social-media profiles and posts and messenger sharing.
- Extracting character art or stickers from the card for products, advertising, other services, training data or redistribution is not permitted. For separate permission, contact [email protected].
- The names "탄생캐" and "Tansaengkae" and the logo identify the Operator and may not be used in ways that suggest an affiliation with the Operator.
6. Personal information
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Information entered to make a card is not stored.
7. Changes to and suspension of the Service
The Operator may add to or change the Service and may suspend all or part of it where operationally or technically necessary. Significant changes will be announced on the site in advance.
8. Changes to these terms
The Operator may amend these terms within the bounds of applicable law. Amended terms are posted on the site at least 7 days before taking effect, or 30 days for changes unfavourable to users. Continued use after the notice constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are handled by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
